Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are always available for purchase and for any amount or for a specific treatment. You can call or email to purchase gift certificates. The certificate can be mailed to you or the lucky recipient. We regret that we cannot replace lost gift certificates, so keep them in a safe place.

Spa Etiquette
We ask that you turn off your cell phones and use your “spa voice” while in our facility. Because we’re trying to maintain a tranquil environment, no children or babies allowed. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time, especially if you are new to us.

Payment Options
We accept cash, check, Visa and MasterCard.

Gratuities
Gratuities are greatly appreciated by our staff for spa services only. Tipping is not expected for medical services.

ISPA Code of Conduct

The International Spa Association outlines these rights and responsibilities for spa guests.

It is the spa guest's responsibility to:

1. Communicate preferences, expectations and concerns;
2. Communicate complete and accurate health information and reason for visit;
3. Treat staff and other guests with courtesy and respect;
4. Use products, equipment and therapies as directed;
5. Engage in efforts to preserve the environment;
6. Adhere to the spa's published policies and procedures.

It is the spa guest’s right to:

1. A clean, safe and comfortable environment;
2. Stop a treatment at any time, for any reason;
3. Be treated with consideration, dignity and respect;
4. Confidential treatment of your disclosed health information;
5. Trained staff who respectfully conduct treatments according to treatment protocols and the spa's policies and procedures;
6. Ask questions about the spa experience;
7. Information regarding staff training, licensing and certification.
